Two modern bathrooms, both with integrated radios. The first features a bathtub with shower attachment and a vanity mirror, while the second has a walk-in shower.

Four flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, a Bose home theater system (DVD/CD/HiFi system in the living room), clock radios in all bedrooms, and telephones in the living room and master bedroom.

A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are located in the utility room.
