This spacious, luxury thatched cottage is located on a stunning property right near the beach in Wenningstedt. The vacation home was last extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished with fine materials and high-quality furniture.

Kitchen & Living Room
On the first floor, the hallway leads to the closed-off kitchen with a small dining area and the separate living and dining room. The modern, high-end kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, a microwave with oven function, a wine refrigerator, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a SodaStream soda maker. A cozy living area with an unobstructed view of the garden features a sofa and dining area, complete with a fireplace and TV, inviting you to relax.

Sleeping Arrangements
Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm/under sloped ceilings—steep stairs), which can also be pushed together in the middle. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, a hotel safe, blackout curtains for the windows, and storage space in the form of dressers, coat racks, or built-in closets for clothing and personal items. The largest bedroom features a small work area that allows for remote work while on vacation, a walk-in closet, and an ocean view.

A guest restroom with a window is located on the living area level.
Two bathrooms with floor-level rain showers, towel warmers, and windows. One of the bathrooms also features a freestanding bathtub, a radio, and a sea view.

From the living and dining room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing terrace with a year-round beach chair and hear the sound of the North Sea. A small hill in the garden offers a view over the dunes to the North Sea.

An electric vehicle charging station is available for your use. Eight additional vacation homes on this property are rented out through Sylt-ER. This makes these properties ideal for a group vacation with family, friends, and business partners. Storage rooms are available for items such as luggage, golf bags, beach gear, and a washer-dryer.

This vacation home is located in one of three beautiful thatched-roof houses on a very spacious and green property in the south of Wenningstedt, right next to the Seestraße beach access. It’s perfect for couples and families with children. Various restaurants and a bakery are located nearby, and shopping options are easily accessible by bike or car.
