In the separate kitchen, you can cook a wonderful vacation dinner thanks to the excellent amenities and enjoy it on one of the spacious terraces. From April through October, the terrace is furnished with a beach chair and several seating and lounging options. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.

The basement of the house features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with natural light, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. You’ll also find a “Physiotherm” infrared sauna and a room with a washer and dryer. This house offers a very special highlight for families: Play foosball with your kids on the in-house foosball table or throw a few darts at the dartboard located in the same room.

This is a non-smoking property where pets are not allowed. There is a parking space in front of the house with the option to charge your electric car. You pay only once and can charge your vehicle as often as you like during your stay!

Barbecuing with charcoal or gas grills is not permitted! For this reason, an electric grill is available for your use.
