A special highlight: the small garden terrace with a beach chair, which invites you to sit outside when the weather is nice. There is also a small guest restroom on the first floor. One flight of stairs up, on the upper floor of the house, there are three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (1 double bed 1.80m, 1 double bed 1.60m, 1 single bed 90cm) as well as a large bathroom with a shower.

The charming Ameland estate is situated on a nearly 9,000 m² park-like property, between the Wenningstedt village pond and the golf course. The Meyer delicatessen is located directly across the street, and the beach is also within walking distance.
