The heart of the home is the spacious, open-concept living and dining area. Lattice windows let in plenty of natural light and give the room a warm, inviting atmosphere. The comfortable sofa area invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings, while the dining area, with its view of the garden, offers the perfect setting for spending time together. The fireplace area creates a particularly cozy atmosphere, though the fireplace itself is not available for use.

The separate, high-end kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers the ideal setting for a leisurely breakfast or evenings spent cooking together.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where two stylish bedrooms await you. Both are furnished with comfortable double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and each has its own bathroom—one with a shower, the other with a shower/tub combination. This ensures that all guests enjoy a high degree of privacy—ideal for couples or families alike. High-quality built-in cabinetry provides ample storage space and enhances the luxurious living experience.

A special highlight is the private wellness area: The sauna on the first floor invites you to unwind after an active day. Directly adjacent is an additional shower and access to the outdoors—perfect for enjoying fresh air in the garden after a sauna session.
The outdoor area blends harmoniously with the interior: The sunny terrace with patio furniture and the well-maintained garden offer plenty of space to relax, play, or enjoy meals together outdoors. You can store your bicycles conveniently and securely in the garden shed—ideal for e-bikes as well.
For added convenience—even during longer stays—a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
