In the living room, you can relax on the couch, enjoy a meal in the small dining area, or step out onto the south-facing balcony, which offers sunshine well into the evening. The kitchen features an open layout, modern furnishings, and is fully equipped. On the same level is your comfortable bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the apartment’s attic, you’ll find another room with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a small flat-screen TV.

This apartment is a non-smoking residence where pets are not allowed. You’ll find a parking space right next to the building.
