"Great hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool was great! The only issue is that there is hardly anyone ever at the front desk and they don’t have a bell for service so you just have to stand around until someone wanders out from the office. You can hear them back there chatting it up though so I guess you could also yell for them to come help…but who wants to do that? Anyway, I liked the hotel despite this minor inconvenience."

"My best friend and I stayed here during a recent trip to Leavenworth, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. While we weren’t thrilled with our initial room (it faced the parking lot), the staff was incredibly accommodating and quickly moved us to a much better room with a beautiful vie - at no extra charge.
