"Had a great stay! It was a perfect base for our ski trip. The condo was spotless and had enough room for our family. Communication with Jennifer was great, she answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, even with tips from her kids to ours. The hot tub and pool were great to relax in after hitting the slopes as well. We will definitely be back!"

"My family and I had a great visit In Pagossa Springs! Easy check in and host was easy to communicate with. It was so nice being right by the lake. We could put our paddle boards in right off the back porch. Only complaint was no AC but we purchased box fans and put in the windows and it was great for sleeping. Over all this was a great location, clean, well stocked house."

"Perfect spot for 2 people for a few days of snowboarding! Super convenient to everything around the resort. The lift is a minute walk! Check in was a little frustrating, as you check in at the main lodge and they did not have our name on their list, but it got resolved. "

The rooms were clean, but we needed more bedding -- not enough pillow cases and extra comforter in the closet looked like it had something spilled on it - large sticky spots. I know air conditioning may not be typical in Colorado, but it was acutally quite hot when we were there and air conditioning would have been appreciated. The box fans did help some.
