"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"Very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was lovely to enjoy the birdsong and really nothing else. The Eastern phoebe who hung out on the roof of the woodshed every morning and evening was delightful company. Cabin was comfortable and communication with host was quick and convenient. "My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go.
