"The listing was so accurate, however the wildlife in the backyard was more than I could’ve hoped for. Sitting by the fire (they even provided wood, love!) and watching deer eat and bats fly by and we even got a woodpecker visitor. It’s nice and quiet all around and only 15 minutes from bigger towns. Sucks it rained most of the time and couldn’t do much exploring, but I think that was the universe telling us to take a break and relax. Stacy is so kind, they even left cute little chocolate bars...

"We felt very much at home here. My husband and I stayed at the residence along with our adult children for a family event. "Loved my stay!!! Nicole and family clearly love and value their home and that shows in every aspect. It was thoughtfully stocked and the binder she put together for activities in the area was an awesome resource! I made good use of it! It was easy to feel like I was at home there. "Sunset Lodge was perfect for our 2 nite stay! Staff was amazing and room was spacious and very clean. Comfy beds! Only thing was the traffic right outside made it a little noisy when standing or sitting on the front porch area, BUT it didn't hinder our sleep at all. "Very nice stay for my husband and I. We took a one night getaway without kids and i honestly was so happy with our hotel choice. Cheyenne was amazing to work with, so helpful and kind! You can definitely tell they are remodeling/rennovating but that didnt bother us, cant wait to see it completely finished. The view was great and even the commute to stores and stuff was convenient! We would definitely stay again!! "
