"I grew up on a farm, so I knew what to expect. My family thought it was great! The apartment is actually in the barn, so every morning I was able to open the door and say good morning to the goats and ducks. Our apartment was awesome and very accommodating. We sat by the fire pit every night, loved up the goats, and waded in the creek, such a fun experience. You can also learn to milk a goat!Our hosts also offered classes. Goat milk soap making. "The place was fantastic. Great central location to get places for a day hike and enjoy the local area. The house itself was huge and very spacious, we never felt too crowded. The hot tub was great and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was quiet, serene and perfect for relaxing! The deck overlooking the beautiful pond in the evening was very relaxing. We played board games, cooked on the grill and when it was dark out, turned on the string of lights on the deck to continue our game. It was just what I was looking for in a relaxing getaway!The property is so beautiful and serene that we would definitely return if planning to be in the area again!"

"I needed a place to stay in between selling my house and getting in my new house. It was close and they allowed my cat which was a huge relief. She hid under the bed all week. I will definitely recommend these cabins to family when they come to visit. My new house has limited space for everyone. "

"Hope was an amazing host. So quick with any suggestions and information about the house and things to do in the area. The house was perfect for our mom/daughter crew. The sauna and fire pit were utilized, thanks to the info that was provided. We loved our stay! The house and environment were gorgeous. Amazing views."

Location is great - but parking is a bit tricky (seems like whole lake has tricky parking with steep ledges and hills). We had two trucks and had to work to get them in the right space and not blocking the road. Overall, tranquil and very nice place - as advertised!Thank you!"

"The chalet provided our family all that was necessary for an enjoyable two night stay. The location was perfect for what we had planned with the short amount of time that we had there. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds as they were not that comfortable."
