This super little period cottage with an allocated parking space sits right in the heart of one of the most popular coastal towns in North Norfolk; Wells-next-the-Sea, and offers holidaymakers conveniently easy access to absolutely everything they could possibly want. Just a two minute walk away the bustling, picturesque quay is one of the most iconic sights in the county.

Dating from the Georgian era, Harbour Cottage is semi detached, and underwent a double height extension in 2023, and now offers guests all mod cons, beautifully presented comfortable accommodation that has a relaxed, easy-on-the-eye, style from top to bottom. On the ground floor you will find a sociable open-plan well-equipped kitchen with dining area that shares a double sided wood burning stove with the sitting room next door, accessed from an open doorway to one side of the room. There's a shower room on this level as well, just off the entrance hall. Up the stairs on the first floor are three bedrooms (a king-size and two twin bedded rooms; one with full-size 3' single beds, and the other with 2'6" beds), all complemented by a family bathroom that has a large walk-in wet room style shower, as well as a bath, covering all guest preferences. Both bathrooms enjoy the luxury of underfloor heating. Outside the cottage has a small, enclosed (low fencing) courtyard garden, shared with the parking area. Here there is a bistro table with seating and a bench. Just the place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or snack, while you watch the world go by.
