Notice the property’s pretty exterior on arrival – exposed stone surrounded by climbing plants and rose bushes. Step inside and discover the social heart of the home, the ground-floor’s living area. Here, unwind on a choice of sumptuous seating, flick on the Smart TV for evening entertainment, and warm the place on chilly days by lighting the wood burner. When stomachs start to rumble, walk through to the well-appointed kitchen/diner where you’ll find all you need to whip up a group feast, and a charming dining table with ample space for all – if the sun is shining, dine alfresco-style out in the enclosed garden. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs, passing the ground-floor utility room and shower room, and find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, both offering luxurious comfort and bespoke, built-in storage. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and stunning views overlooking The Buttlands. The second bedroom is a versatile twin room that can be converted into a super-king-size on request and also boasts a Smart TV.
