Sleeping four guests over two peaceful bedrooms, this property can be booked alongside a 16-person property located just next door. Located in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea and just 1.5 miles from the beach, spend the day at the picturesque harbour, going crabbing by the water's edge, or enjoy the shops, pubs and restaurants in town. When you’re ready to come home, a peaceful garden awaits, with a perfect spot to dine alfresco in the summer months.


This property has stylish, neutral interiors with lots of little coastal touches, reminding you of your proximity to the sea. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm with glossy units and a stylish dining table in the corner, while a bright and airy lounge offers a comfortable place to relax in after a long day. Upstairs, a spacious landing welcomes you to sink into the armchair by the window to take a few minutes for yourself before heading to bed. Watch out for the low, sloping ceilings as you make your way to the bedrooms, each of which has its own brightly coloured style but both promote a tranquil night’s sleep with soft lighting and thoughtful finishing touches. Both rooms are served by a modern shower room. Head outside and relax in the enclosed garden which has both decking with patio furniture and a beautiful lawned area.


Head off to Holkham Beach and the nature reserve (3 miles) to explore the stunning sands and interesting wildlife. Holkham Hall is also worth a visit and the children will love the adventure playgrounds. Holt (12 miles) is known for its great independent shopping opportunities, and the country park is ideal for walkies if you brought your dog. Catch glimpses of rare birds at Cley Marshes and Titchwell Marsh (11.5 miles) or lend a hand on the farm at Snettisham Park (17.5 miles).
