This one-bedroom unit has 1 queen bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room area. Unit comes equipped with kitchenette, including refrigerator and apartment sized stove/oven. Color Cable TV and DVD. Shower stall in bath. This unit has a private balcony. Air Conditioned.

We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The Wells, Maine area has many activities and attractions, including sandy beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique Maine shops, and events such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails.


Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival
Payment Methods – All major credit cards accepted
No personal checks accepted
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for early departures
Two night minimum stay required
Three night minimum stay required on holiday weekends
Late checkouts are subject to additional fees
SORRY, NO PETS allowed on the premises
SORRY, NO SMOKING in units or within 20 feet of the units
SORRY, NO propane, gas, or other combustible grills on the property

Guest is required to sign a renter agreement. Security deposit required in the amount of $300.00. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hours. For last minute reservations, agreement must be signed prior to check-in information being sent.

We really liked the unit we stayed in. It was very clean. We also liked how close it was to not only the water but restaurants, stores, etc.

Disgusting

The unit we rented was dirty. The bedding had bloodstains, the carpet and couch stained, the shower curtain blackened with mold, thé store was disgusting. We had to notify themaintenance manager to replace the bedding and clean the couch. At the frontdesk one person told us that they receive cevral complain about that unit. We felt very bad.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Still sand on the floor from previous occupants. Also the stovetop, specifically the portion beneath the burners, were plenty dirty enough to create smoke when attempting to use the burners, which of course, created concern for setting off smoke detectors. Other cleanliness issues I attribute to age of certain things: couch cushion stains and carpet stains. In general, the entire space is out-dated and in desperate need of upgrades. Which brings me to the absolute worst part about the room: the pull-out couch. There are a few missing springs which hold the mat beneath the mattress to the frame to keep it flat. Needless to say, it is therefore, not flat and you can feel one of the main support bars that runs horizontally very well in your back. Or ribs. Lack of sleep creates agitation. And if you couldn’t already sense the agitation of this review, to be clear, I wasn’t happy then, nor am I now even as I write this review 2 weeks removed from the “vacation” itself. The only positive thing about the room has nothing to do with the room itself, and that is its location. Proximity to the beach, park, arcade, and cafes is fantastic. It is, however, not the only place to stay near all those amenities.

Quite basic

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are nice. The room and appliances are very basic which would be okay but the stove top was so dirty that it smoked and set off the smoke detectors when I used it. The shower stall is tiny, not good for bigger folks or anyone with mobility issues. The staff person at the front desk was a bit rude and suspicious of me and my partner using the pool, which was especially odd since I had talked with her earlier when I went to get towels. I stayed here once before and it was okay, especially for the price, but I’ll be looking for a different place for next year.

Great location, great facility, okay comfort

We had a great time in Wells Beach and surrounding towns. We spent very little time in the room but to sleeping. Beds were not comfortable and pillows very flat. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We brought pillows and extra blankets so that helped us. Was disappointed with the cost vs comfort, expected a little more. Location was 10/10!

Clean ,cozy ,good location

First time here had been by 100’s of times before but found availability for our 3 day last minute trip. Room was clean and well stocked . ie kitchen utensils, pots pans , cups etc. Short walk to beach literally 2 minutes. My wife enjoyed swimming pool hot tub and when they were full found tranquility in the sauna!! We will return .
