"My husband and I stayed at this property with our two adult children, their spouses, and our three young grandchildren (5 months, 1.5 years, and 4 years). The property worked out very well for our group. It was very clean when we arrived (a very high priority for me), and we loved the location. The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes, and it's a short walk for the small commercial area that includes a playground, coffee shops, snack bar, and ice cream (and a couple of stores). I hope to return...

"Very nice property to stay at in Old Orchard Beach! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed backyard, which was nice for my dog. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient as well. Only thing that I would have liked was to have access to regular cable on the tv, since I couldn’t watch NESN with Roku. But still would give this place 5 stars! We had a lovely time. 😊"
