I recently stayed at Naumi Studio Wellington and had a mixed experience. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself left much to be desired.
*Room Issues:*
- *Dust and Mess*: The room was dusty, and there was rubbish under the bed, which was disappointing given the hotel's otherwise stylish decor.
- *View*: The view from the window wasn't exactly scenic - all I could see were the bins.
- *Furniture*: The mattress was a bit slippery, and the door wouldn't fully open because the bed was awkwardly positioned.
- *Bathroom*: The bathroom was cramped, and I could sit on the toilet without hitting my knees on the sink, which wasn't exactly comfortable.
*Additional Concerns:*
- The staff cleaning cupboard next to my room was a bit noisy, especially since the door slammed consistently.
*Positives:*
- *Location*: Naumi Studio Wellington has a great location, close to Cuba Street and other local attractions.
- *Bar Area*: The bar area, Lola Rouge, is stylish and inviting, perfect for a night out or a relaxing drink.
Overall, while Naumi Studio Wellington has some nice touches, the room issues and noise from the cleaning cupboard detracted from my stay. With a bit of attention to detail and room rearrangement, this hotel could truly shine.
