This is a special place with all day sun and outstanding views. It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

What makes this property special are the 180 degree views that stretch across the Northern and Western suburbs of Wellington and take in Ngauranga Gorge, Broadmeadows, Mount Kaukau, the whole of Johnsonville suburb, wind turbines in Ohariu Valley, and up to Churton Park. The deck in the living area is the perfect spot to soak up these views at the end of the day.

The property is a 4 bedroom home split over two levels with two different access.

Guests will have full and uninterrupted access of the first floor.

Drive into the carpad and head into the top storey with character in the original wooden flooring. This floor features a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and a tiled bathroom with shower and toilet.

The heat pump and wood burner in the main living area to keep you warm in the cooler days.

Essential kitchen utensils are provided in the kitchen for guests to use. Coffee, Tea, Milo and sugar are provided. However milk is not provided.

Basic spice and herbs with oil, salt and pepper are also provided.

The living area has a smart TV where you can login to your Netflix, Disney or Prime Videos accounts to watch your favorite shows.

The bedrooms comes with clean linens towels and face wash cloths. Guests who are staying longer than 3 nights can request for clean sheets and towels if needed.

Toilet paper, body wash, hand wash and hand cloths are provided in the bathroom.

Laundry is not provided. There is a Laundromat located 4mins drive away from the house in Johnsonville town center.

Guests can self check in upon arrival. Keys will be placed in the Lock Box and Lockbox Pin will be given to Guest upon Booking confirmation.




Guests can contact the hosts through the Airbnb app in the first instance.

There is a staircase behind the living area where the couch is that leads to the downstairs. The bottom of the staircase has been blocked off to allow privacy for both the guests and hosts who live downstairs.

The hosts have their own separate entrance from the outside to the downstairs.

We have a toddler. Most times it is quiet and noise cant be heard from the downstairs. But there may be times where faded baby noises ( Laughing/crying) can be heard.

Strictly no partying allowed on the property.
