⏺ Parking Information: The parking area has a steep incline, and while 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended, they are not required. If you are uncomfortable navigating the driveway, you may park on the road by the cabin for easier access. Please choose the option that best suits your comfort level to ensure a safe and confident stay.
⏺ Heating and Cooling: The cabin features a mini-split unit that provides year-round comfort. In the winter, the mini-split warms the space, with a propane heater and electric heaters available as backups. In the summer, the mini-split cools the main areas, while a wall-mounted air conditioner keeps the upstairs bedrooms comfortable. For optimal performance, please do not set the mini-split temperature below 68°F or above 75°F.
⏺ Winter Weather Advisory: The driveway may become icy during winter, and 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. While snow removal cannot be guaranteed, a shovel and salt are provided for your convenience.
⏺ Pet Policy: We welcome 1 pet to the cabin, with a one-time pet fee of $250. Please clean up all pet waste to avoid a $150 fine. Pets must remain leashed when outside. If you’d like to bring additional pets, contact us before your stay to discuss exceptions.
⏺ Noise Policy: To maintain the peaceful environment, please keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or the termination of your stay.
⏺ Wildlife and Outdoor Safety: Wildlife is common in the area. For safety, do not approach or feed animals, and store trash securely to avoid attracting them.
⏺ Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine per incident, plus any necessary remediation costs. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
⏺ Drug Use: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay, a $500 fine, and potential notification of authorities. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all guests and future visitors.
⏺ Damages and Lost Revenue: Guests are responsible for damages to the property, furniture, or appliances during their stay, including any lost revenue due to repairs. A 25% management fee will be added to repair or replacement costs. Report any pre-existing damages upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.
⏺ Security Cameras and Systems: The property has security cameras in designated areas and a Ring alarm system for guest use. Tampering with or disabling the system will incur a $250 fine per incident. Contact us for assistance with the system.
⏺ Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Violations will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of your stay.
⏺ No Unregistered Overnight Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional overnight guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee if not disclosed at booking.
⏺ Streaming Services – Bring Your Own Login: The property has Roku Smart TVs, but guests must use their own streaming service login credentials. Guest mode ensures you are logged out on your check-out date.
