"Our room was perfect for our stay as we wanted twin bed room and had everything needed for our over night stay. We did not stay for breakfast as we we had to travel on early next day but the tea we had in the garden was lovely. The thatched guest house was in easy access for walks & visit to Sidmouth. Thank you "

"We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights and were very well surprised by the service we received. The B&B is very big, with a good sized swimming pool and games room. Craig is very friendly, welcoming and a great host! A very clear lover of football, which my partner certainly appreciated!! We are going to book to stay again at a later date and have recommended to family and friends to stay. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to see you again in the future ☺️"

"The hosts were a lovely couple very helpful and made us very welcome The room was well decorated and extremely clean.With a good supply of sachets for hot drinks and a fridge downstairs where we could help ourselves to milk and juice.And the breakfast was excellent.Would definitely stay there again and recommend them to family and friend. "Just staying a couple of nights in Exeter on a cycling trip. This was economical and convenient, about 15 minute walk into the centre. Room was typical student accommodation: compact, en suite toilet and shower, Wi-Fi/Tea Making/towels / no TV. Room was clean, check-in was easy with friendly helpful staff who also offered secure cycle storage. Breakfast was extra in the main dining hall. Everything was OK for me. "
