"House keeping - fronhas das almofadas da cama nao pareciam passadas e eram grandes de mais para algumas das almofadas. So me disponibilizaram agua no quarto no 2 dia, a meu pedido. No 2 dia foram ao quarto despejar o lixo, mas deixaram a cama por fazer! So ao 2 pedido na recepcao enviaram colaboradora para a fazer, que ate ficou surpresa e tirou foto com o proprio telemóvel."

"The location is perfect. You can walk to any of the touristic attractions and to restaurants. The rooms are correct and what you would expect. There is a small kitchen well-equipped, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The thing that bothered us was the heat! Rooms had a central heating system that could not be turned of and there is no air-conditioning... Parking is available but I thought it was a little expensive (25 dollars per day)."

"I always enjoy staying at the Southgate when my husband is in Wlgtn hospital. It means I can park my car and walk across the road without having to navigate through heavy traffic or limited parking. The receptionist is always super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here."

"Loved my room - stylish, great streaming (chromecast) function which I totally used. Great facilities - pool, sauna, gym were spot on. Chocolate hour - I ate too much. Grateful for the very friendly and accomodating staff. Definitely would book again & recommend others to do so if they’re looking for somewhere to escape & indulge. "
