"I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel."

"Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations."

"The property its self is not well kept. The office staff was friendly and explained everything well. The inside was definitely more updated than the outside. The floor was dirty and the comforter on the bed looked dirty, it has stains on it. The pillows cases were either pure white or yellow. I was only there for one night and did not use the pool. I did wake up to cockroaches in the bathroom. Location was good, not far from good things to eat and Nauset Beach. "

"Check-in was extremely slow and then when we got to the room realized that the window was not able to be secured (there was loose duct tape on the window which was no longer even sticking). There was also noticeable mold in the bathroom. We requested to switch rooms since we could not lock our belongings in the first floor room with a window that could be opened. The staff was apologetic and promptly gave us a new room which was better. That said, it was clear that someone tried to duct tape...

"Great location, close to beaches, restaurants. Continental breakfast, very convenient. Pool area looked welcoming, we did not have a chance to utilize the pool, but family friendly!"

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too.
