There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400 foot private beach area. Walking distance to the following is about a 10 -15 minutes: center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theatre and all of the Wellfleet Harbor's amenities. It is a 10 minute car ride to Wellfleet's fresh water ponds and spectacular ocean side beaches.
