Lower Level: Just off the entry way is a patio. Enter lower level through sliding doors. To the left is a washer/dryer. To the right is a bedroom with a double bed. Split A/C. Down the hall to the left is a full bathroom with tub/shower. Across from the bathroom is another bedroom with 2 twin beds. At the end of the hall is a 2nd set of sliders that go out to an outdoor shower in the woods.

Up the central staircase, spectacular new windows place you squarely in the middle of the idyllic Wellfleet woods. Immediately to the right is the comfortable living area, with ample seating. Step out on the brand new deck, outfitted with outdoor chairs and gas grill. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a double platform bed. There are 1/2 walls surrounding the stairwell upstairs which function as bookshelves in the living area and kitchen storage on the other side.

This is the place for someone looking for an eclectic, rustic cottage with contemporary flair. The home is equipped with high speed internet. The driveway is a bit steep and low riding cars should use caution. It's a private oasis, Wellfleet woods in their splendor!
