"This Innsbrook property was outstanding!! Everything was clearly explained and defined, the host was very communicative and available, and the chalet itself was cozy, stylish, clean, and charming! It was stocked with games and basic kitchen supplies and extra linens, so we were comfortable and well-taken care of for our stay. We would rent from this host/property management company again in a heartbeat. "

"The area and the cabin were outstanding . We go to Augusta frequently but never stayed at an VRBO. Unfortunately there was no hot water and the bathroom sink drained very slowly . Other than that we really enjoyed this cabin ! It was affordable and very quaint .Nice and quiet and easy in and out and walkable sights close by . Would stay again !! "

"Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. "

"Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. "Listing was consistent with images and the price and location were great. Apartment was clean but furniture and linens are worn. There were only 3 towels and we stayed several days so that was a challenge. Location made up for that mostly as we walked to the zoo and forest park easily. "Cabin was as described. The door code didn’t work and we messaged back and forth and never did get a working door code. We tried a side door and it was left unlocked is how we got in but we waited for maintenance for over 2 hours. We left the property unlocked all weekend because we never got a working code maintenance guy said Augusta was safe not to worry about it. Also the cabin was full of lady bugs. "
