"This house is beautiful and spacious. You can fish right off the dock or bring a boat, as you have your own personal boat slip. The owners really thought of everything. It’s the perfect place to stay to do some fishing, relaxing, sit on the balcony and just enjoy the water or sitting by the fire and making s’mores at night. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again!"

"Fantastic property on the St Johns River. Very secluded and quiet. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, all boat hoists worked and were a nice addition. The dock was very welcoming and had plenty of room for all 6 of us to hangout and enjoy the water. Plenty of parking for all 3 trucks, trailers, and boats! "My stay on Drayton Island was beautiful. This bungalow was well-appointed, very clean and had everything I needed for a getaway to recharge. The peace and quiet is unmatched, and the hosts are gracious and inviting. If you are looking for a break from rush and hurry, from sound and light pollution, you'll find it here. It's an easy ferry ride from Georgetown, but I recommend asking the hosts to provide a water taxi. Highly recommended!"

"We were in the area house-hunting and this house was the perfect spot! The house was clean and tidy and all that was promised. The bed was super comfy, too! Definitely recommend this property if you want a quiet get-away and the fishing in the area is great! "Crescent City is the kind of place that will gentrify one day soon, because it's delightful. We loved our stay in the Tiny Homes, which were comfortable, quiet, and on a beautiful setting right on a small marina on the lake. The sights and sounds were lovely, and we enjoyed BBQ on the waterfront, strolling on the long dock, and boat ride on the very beautiful lake. It is a very small town (we have family there) so we had no expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was perfect."

"Overall the property was good. The grass needed cutting because it was high but other than that we were fine with it. The house met all our needs and we had ample room for everyone.
