It features a large balcony with lake views and an awning, as well as a private barbecue area with seating. The apartment has been fitted with new vinyl flooring, new PVC windows, and exterior blinds. Located on the first floor of a detached two-family house, just 150 meters from the lake, it has two separate bedrooms. Ideal for families, couples, or friends. The large living room with a dining area invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. An induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and Senseo pod machine are all provided.

Upon your arrival, the beds will be made, and a set of towels and kitchen towels will be provided.

The modern, bright bathroom features a shower with toilet, a washbasin with mirrored cabinet, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
