"Sure! Here's a shorter version of the review:---A Secret Place to Slow Down lives up to its name, quiet, cozy, and beautifully set in nature. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly relaxing. Close enough to Gloucester’s attractions but tucked away enough to truly unplug. The hosts were kind and attentive. A true hidden gem, we can’t wait to return!"

"The property is in a central location in the town of Dungog. Next to a supermarket which is handy. I did not realise the bathroom was outside of our accommodation and that there was no running water/sink in our room. It was also very musty and airless. There were no flyscreens to open windows without mosquitos and insects coming in. It was tricky to understand where to enter the property, however the owner helped with this. There was only one bed made up for two single people. I thought there...

"The property was clean and well provided with different areas for family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoor areas were great for bbq and watching the scenery was so relaxing. The cows were an added extra !!"

"Accurately advertised which was greatly appreciated. The tiny home itself was extremely clean and well laid out, and had some beautiful, thoughtful inclusions inside. What looked like a dam in the photos turned out to be a pool in a water course and was the perfect spot to be. Once the sun got low it felt private enough for us be comfortable and feel alone out there which was exactly what we wanted. "Unfortunately for us we stayed whilst a severe weather event impacted the entire mid north coast of NSW so our hiking and mountain biking plans weren’t able to be met. The property is as presented and very comfortable. Our hosts were also very communicative and generous in allowing us to stay longer, should we have needed to, due to the significant flooding in the area. Very much appreciated. "

"Alan and Eva were so lovely and kind during the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing time staying here, watching the sunsets and sitting by the campfire. Lovely place to unwind and have a weekend off in nature. We got to see the cows and the lovely views around the farm. The cosy off-grid cabin felt like a home away from home. A very memorable experience. Thank you again Alan and Eva, we’ll definitely be back! "
