"Beautiful attached extra suite in a beautiful neighborhood. It's right across from a playground and large grass area with sidewalks circling it for a nice walk for us and our dog. Pleasant neighbors and wonderfully accommodating hosts. To ensure our comfort, they provided a fan without request. The bed was comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep. We were only there 1 night, passing through, but it more than met our needs. We will definitely stay again!"

The added bonus of a golf cart made it easy to get around the area and explore. "We stayed for 3 nights - four days with 8 adults and 10 children 13 and under. Wonderful space! We invited other relatives to spend the day and we could celebrate a birthday. It was special and very comfortable. We liked in special of the spacious kitchen downstairs, the game space and the beautiful pool. We also walked around the neighborhood and loved the place.Thank you to the hosts and we plan on coming back."

"I set my sister in-law and her husband up in this beautiful home since it was right down the road from us. The accommodations were great! Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests. "

"Steve was great at communicating and very welcoming. There was even a kennel we were allowed to use for our dog, not something I’ve seen at other listings. Made it much easier than bringing our own. Property was just as described, clean, and had everything we needed. "

"This rental is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are pleasant and most gracious when we accidentally left the lights on in the golf cart over night. Closest rental to Sumpter Landing and the adult pool is just down a short jaunt down the road. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent location! Just a few short steps to the middle of shops and restaurants. The cottage is exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. Nice touches like quality bath towels, snacks, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet despite being so close to all the shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Talia and Gabbi are excellent VRBO hostesses. "

"The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. Does it get much better than that? "

"A perfect stay at the villages! Bruce and Jean went above and beyond to make our visit truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived,their attention to detail and generous hospitality was evident. The home itself was charming, immaculate, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need- whether it was a sun hat for strolling, golf clubs for the course, or bicycles to explore the neigborhood, They thought of everything which may our stay effortless and relaxing. Higly recommended!!!!!"

"Estranho ter uma caução de duas vezes o valor da diária, que mesmo sendo ressarcida, pagará IOF. A simpatia dos atendentes é nenhuma, e o lemçol de uma das camas tinha manchas escuras. Menos mal que eu estava só e dormi na outra cama disponível. O frigobar tinha problemas na porta e a cafeteira não existia. Mas o quarto é confortável e silencioso."

"Terrible! Worst stay ever! They charged me three times. When I have complinied with the hotel they were rude and not helpfull. I did not autorize the charges and they did, even though I had informed and showed them that I had been charged already. I am still waiting for the rebursement. Breakfast is simple and poor. Rooms ok. I would not book the hotel again."
