"the place was amazing staff was good but there was a creep that was right across the hall from us police did up end coming and taking him out. he was leaving notes to us and at out door on one knee ?!??! and leaving notes about 9ape and safe words. and then his explanation was that the age of consent is 16… i’m 22 but i was very uncomfortable and had an anxiety and asthma attack that night."

"Do not stay here. Pool was filthy, room had multiple damages like broken door locks, windows were wide open upon arrival room was frozen. Garbage stashed in drawers from previous guests. Bedding had visible stains. So gross!!! Never recommend. "

"The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though. "

"I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. An then, there is the problem of the take way breakfast. They gave some terrible food choices, everything in plastics which you take to your room. You do have a microwave in the room but…. There is no lift. If you have big suitcases and are assign to the second floor, you have to carry the baggage by...

"Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The hot tub was not great, the jets had NO pressure and water could be cleaned. Overall nice hotel!"

"We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this...
