Located approximately 40 miles west of Fort Worth in scenic northwest Parker County. The guesthouse is a 600 square foot, one room offering comfortable accommodations for a single traveler or couple. There is a queen size bed with room for 1-2 twin size blow up mattress (provided) to accommodate up to two more guests. Families welcome. Please let us know if you will need the blow up mattress.

There is a ROKU tv. Wifi (50 download, 5 upload) The guest house has a full size kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and a filtered water system. There is a large bathroom with tiled standup shower. The guesthouse has a relaxing porch overlooking an in-ground 5 foot deep pool. All guests swim at their own risk. Pool is currently covered for winter.

For a relaxing night there is a fire pit, small charcoal and small blackstone , and a serenity garden. Enjoy the great outdoors. Pets are welcome but we do ask they not get in the pool unless you’ve asked us prior.

Located 12 miles from historic Weatherford which offers many restaurants and shopping. 45 miles from Texas motor speedway and 60 miles from Dfw airport.

Early check-in and late check-out is based on rental activity and can be confirmed within a few days of the reservation.
