Guest Access 🔑

During your stay, you will have private, exclusive access to the entire house. This includes:

🏠 Full Interior: All 4 bedrooms, the cozy upstairs loft, and the game-packed basement.

🌲 Outdoor Oasis: Private access to the covered hot tub, fire pit area, and the fenced yard.

🍳 Modern Comforts: Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas, and all smart TVs throughout the home.

Location & Access 🏔️

Cottontail Cabin is nestled in the peaceful, quiet neighborhood of Rabbits Ridge.

• Road Conditions: Most roads leading to the cabin are paved and well-maintained. 🛣️
• Winter Travel: If snow or icy conditions are expected during your stay, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended to ensure safe access up the mountain. ❄️🚙

House Rules & Requirements:
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed.

Occupancy: Maximum of 12 guests.

No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

No Events: Parties or organized events are not permitted.

Photography: Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

Check-in/out: Arrive after 4:00 PM; Depart before 11:00 AM.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

A government-issued ID must be verified upon request.
