"Relaxing we floated around in water done some fishing! Fishing wasn’t great due to time of year being very hot. Was told catfish is great to catch there but not much on catfish fishing lol! But we enjoyed our stay state park only couple miles away able to rent boats and find whatever you need for fishing swimming picnic very nice park! Would highly recommend. "

"We had 31 people in this home. There is plenty of room for everyone!!! The kitchen was a dream kitchen to use and the eating area for everyone was amazing. We also played a card game with 18 people and the long tables worked out great. At first, we thought the configuration of the rooms was interesting. They seemed like individual "hotel" rooms but it worked out great for each of the families. You do access them from outside but it is all covered so not a problem. A cover for the dock...

"Property is in an ideal location on beautiful Lake Martin. Property Manager was always quick to respond to any questions. The outside deck and pier was fantastic. The inside is updated and well furnished. The only exception is the master bathtub needs to be replaced. The 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. We also found a couple of large utensils that had been put away without being washed. All in all I would recommend this property and would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very clean & just as advertised. Communication with owner was very good. Didn’t watch the tv but had no problems with internet. Beautiful view from back deck. Brought our pontoon boat so spent most of our time either on the water or on the back deck. Nearest public boat ramp was about 15 minutes away but was no issue at all. Very easy to find. If ever in this area again would definitely consider renting again. "

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!"

"Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The views, water access were perfect. Large areas to relax or be active in the lake kept everyone busy. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need! Communication was also superb, very fast to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend and we hope to return next summer!"

"We have been coming to Lake Martin for over 20 years. The condos at Sunset Point Drive are a little older now, but remain our favorite to stay in. The view we had from the family room and the bedroom of the Lake was phenomenal. We enjoyed the front porch breezes and shade that lasted until about 2:30pm each day. It was a perfect place to read and refresh each morning until way after lunch. Our last day included our annual boat rental at the end of the week which was icing on the cake. I...

It had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The owner was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother.
