"Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock."

"Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about.
