"We were impressed with the home immediately when we walked in. It was comfortable, well stocked, decorated neatly, and the deck was fantastic. We were all hoping it wasn’t so hot, because the fire pit looked extremely inviting. We would stay again."

"The place was in a very nice neighborhood, and the property matched the listing to a tee. Communication with Matt was timely and we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend. "

"We had to cancel our trip as we were involved in a car accident in GA. This is why you buy travel insurance. Hope to visit sometime in the future."

"Would have been nice to know there wasn’t any wash cloths, hand towels and towels. If they were available where are they located? Otherwise the stay was great. Comfy pillows!!"

"Great place to stay. A high quality space with beautiful landscaping. A coffee maker would have been nice."

"This suited our needs in preparation of our daughter’s wedding so our immediate family could all be together. Maybe the lawn could’ve been freshly mowed for easier outside games. The house was clean and nice and fit our needs. Thank you."

"Had a great stay with the family. The house is beautiful and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful home! Kitchen is very nice for cooking/hanging out with everyone across dining/living space. Ventilation would be improved in bedrooms with ceiling fans. The garage is set up as rec/game room but in Iowa summers and winters it is either too humid or too cold making the area less of an option for use. Used for events at Iowa State Fairgrounds with very easy interstate driving. Location close to bars/restaurants/shopping while being a quiet suburban neighborhood. Overall a very solid...

"Our family loved the party barn! It worked so well to be together to eat and play all together, it was great!"

"Very clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Host was excellent! Five stars."

"Loved the tiger theme. This bungalow was conveniently located in an historic neighborhood, only 16-20 minutes from the state fair. I wish my sister had come with her dog because the place was well-adapted for traveling pups!"

"We loved the house. Cute, clean, stocked with many thoughtful extras, and in a delightful quiet neighborhood close to many highlights of Des Moines. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Tracey is a fantastic host. Amazing!"
