Awful Experience.
The hotel was closed upon arrival with locked doors and signs saying NO VACANCY. I was forced to contact Hotels.com to find alternate accommodations.

Sehr altmodische Einrichtung, allerdings sauber und gemütlich. Relativ freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht aber am nächsten morgen eröffnete uns man, dass es heute kein Frühstück gibt (Waren wohl die einzigen Gäste)!! Nur einen Kaffee bekamen wir... das geht gar nicht!

Grubby and old
First room the tv was broken, got moved to another room which was extremely dirty. Blood stains on the bed and the shower curtain. The blanket looked like it hadn’t been washed in 10 years, was extremely off putting and felt so grubby. The walls were paper thin and could hear the couple next door going at it early in the morning. Would have moved accomodation had it not been so late that we arrived. The whole place needs to be renovated or just knocked down. Would not recommend.

Bad place to stay
One of worst place I ever stayed. Stained carpet. Old uncomfortable bed. Bad stinch permeated the entire room.

Smoking Room!!! Bad Deal!!!
I booked this hotel because it wasn't too far away from CSUMB/Marina. It shows that they have continental breakfast. (NO, just coffee and pastries) I got stuck in a smoking room, (I didn't think it would be too bad) It was HORRIBLE!!!!. The room was so rank that even the strong spray/disinfectant didn't make a dent. The carpet, draperies and the bedspread stunk so bad they made me sick. Housekeeping tried to help but it was aweful. I tried to get out of staying there, but the manager said I had to stay or I would be charged anyway. He wanted me to leave so he could book it out and get twice the money. The area was booked so we stuck it out but I would not go there or send anyone else there. I

Booked a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelled like cigarettes. Asked the owner about it and he just replied back "oh, the previous person must have smoked" instead of moving me to another room or offering any other consolation. I definitely didn't want to be charged the smoking fees. The rooms didn't have an ironing board, asked someone at the front desk and they weren't sure where they were located and had to wait for a housekeeper to locate. The furniture had graffiti and the TV remote didn't even have batteries.

値段相応のホテル
周辺ホテルが満室のため利用。値段相応の清潔さと設備。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ付きは良い。少し匂いが気になる以外は特段の問題もない。ビジネス、家族にはお勧めしないが、安く短期滞在の旅行者なら良いと思う。

Lack of make service
We stayed at the Economy Inn from July 24th July 27th we had no maid service we had the same two washcloths into towels into hand towels the whole time when we arrived after a 3-hour trip they wanted us to wait another 2 hours to get into the room because maid service hadn't cleaned the rooms I have never been to a hotel or the maid service has been so bad.

The staff were very accommodating! Breakfast is only pastries but the day we wanted to sleep late they left the coffee out and gave us pastries when we woke up!

Bad Part of Town
There was a fist fight outside our room, we heard gunshots and the room smelled like cigarettes. We paid $135 to stay here and never suspected it was a bad place. We checked in too late to leave and find another place. Do not stay here.

For the price of 100.00 a night (aprox) this is what our room needed. A t.v. that isnt snowy, with M.S.N.B.C on it. A dressor for our clothes, that the 2 bottom drawers ARE NOT stuck. A microwave and refrigerator that didnt stop working. Now the good news. The manager in charge came and could not open the drawers as they were stuck too hard, he got the microwave going and the refrigerator. He told us the snow on the t.v. and few channels are like that. He said the reception as like that, and the snow may or may not go away later. He was friendly and he tryed. Our room needed, better t.v. choices, and t.v. that works. Dressor fixed. Microwave fixed for it doesnt go off at all. Also the refrigerator so it stays on, in spite of what electrical breakers do. The bed was comfortable and shower nice.

No telephone in the room how about if there was an emergency what with that individual do. Myself in the second guess that was with me ask the front desk for assistance the television static horrible assistance.

Man at desk was very nice. Bed was ok. Chairs were dirty, with lots if stains on them. Walls in bathroom was dirty. Cold showers. No extra locks on inside of door.

BEDBUGS - TERRIBLE STAFF
First of all we were quested a non-smoking room and the manager confirmed that we would get a non-smoking room three times over the phone. Once we arrived, at the check-in, he again confirmed it was not smoking. Once inside the room however, it was very obvious that it was a smoking room, the smell of smoke was penetrated into the room. we let him know it was a smoking room and he just handed us an air wick. We ignored this since we were just spending one night. When we tried to sleep however, we immediately felt bugs biting us and thought it might be our imagination. But we saw a bed bug crawling on the blanket and another one crawling between the sheets !!! We immediately packed all our things, demanded a refund and got out of there. In our hurry, my dad left his wedding ring, which the manager confirmed in the first call I made about the ring. In the second call the next day, he said he wasn't sure there was a ring, he had to double check with the maid and make sure she didn't take it....?!?!?!? In the third call he said there was no ring found in the hotel room. Terrible rooms, worse staff, literally the worst hotel experience ever, DONT COME TO THIS PLACE.

bed bugs!
worst experience . place was old, run down and dirty. black mold on shower curtain.bathroom door would not shut. volumne on tv did not work right. was too low to hear. breakfazt was coffe, a pkg. of mini muffins nd a fruit roll up. next day, once home , noticed strange red marks on arms and legs. it's bed bugs! horrified!

Worst hotel ever
the room was horrible. there were stains and holes in the room. The couch was so dirty that we had to put a towel on it to sit. I have travelled to 3rd world countries and the rooms are not this bad. When we complained the manager said they were sold out and there is nothing that can be done, After lot of back and forward, he offered us a room with no AC. this was our choices. I am surprised that Hotels.com even has this hotel on there list. I am not happy with this place, we had 2 rooms and both were the same condition nadir

Room was horrible. Blood stains on the curtains. Someone was outside trying to break into rooms. Ended up getting a room at another hotel. Got to pay twice.

Absolute Nightmare Stay away !!! Zero Stars !!!
New I was in trouble when I saw window screens falling off and bent from breaking in attempts. No switch plate in bathroom and light didn't work. Went for an outing came back in the afternoon and they had thrown out our stuff we left and rented out our room. Unbelievable!!! I booked through Expedia for the entire weekend

awful night
I was not told it was a smoker's room. It smelled really bad! My kids were very disappointed that we had to stay there. We didn't get any rest because we couldn't sleep because of the smell! The sheets also had holes from cigarets.The bathroom door knob also did not work! The worst thing of all was the price. The internet add said $80 guaranteed, but I paid twice as much! They should honor what they advertice. We had a horrible stay and we left as early as we could. They also said we would get a free continental breakfast, but their doors were locked in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Not Good for stay with Family.

Low quality drug area
As soon as I arrived the housekeeper was relaxing on one of the beds with a man watching t.v. Room had a bad odor. A lot of traffic going in and out the rooms. A strange man asked me did I have any drugs. Not family friendly. We all didn't feel safe. Children were traumatized. Please contact me upon follow up. The negligence from your recommendation jeopardized my family safety. I'm requesting a total refund.

Worst hotel ever!
This hotel was dirty, nasty and just a dump! No coffee maker, shady people up all night and just about the worst place I have EVER stayed. Holes in the carpet, dirty drapes, the room stunk inside! Please don't stay here, trust me I have traveled a lot and this is the worst place I have ever stayed!
