"The location was fantastic! Walkable to the gorge trail and Seneca Lake. The front porch rocking chairs were enjoyable. The room was clean and roomy with a nice desk with a chair. A bench for luggage or sitting and a corner chair for relaxing. We could have used clean towels on day 2 and the mattress was super soft…we prefer a bit more of a firm bed! The wood fire pizza was closed during our stay - only open Thursday to Sunday. The ice cream was yummy."

"After I ordered 2 rooms the owner asked me to call. He wanted to make sure how many rooms I ordered, and how many guests are comnig I told him we're a party of 5 and we need these 2 rooms (each room should sleep up to 4, no breakfast). When I arrived he told me (for the 1st time) that because we're 5, we have to add 15$, due to the 3rd guest in on E of the rooms. That's a surprise that shouldn't be discussed for the 1st time at checkin! The owner didn't talk sense into that dispute. I ended up...
