Only 15 minutes from London Euston by train and a stones throw away from Warner Bros Studios, our spacious, charming and luxurious property sits tucked away on its own private, expansive grounds. Tastefully and artistically decorated throughout, each of the seven bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with views of surrounding greenery.

The space
You have full access to the entire property, including the driveway, rear garden, and garden rooms.

Please note that there is an annex to the side of the property with long-term tenants. You may occasionally see them walking through the driveway.

Additionally, our gardener visits every Saturday for a few hours to maintain the outdoor spaces. He’ll be busy keeping the garden looking beautiful, so feel free to go about your stay as usual!

Guest access
You have exclusive use of the whole property. We have tenants in who live in the Annex which is completely separate. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm.

Other things to note
***Please note that parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given.

⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

We offer a transport service to help make your stay stress & hassle free. So, if you need picked up or dropped off anywhere, let us know!

If you require use of the sofa bed, high chair or cot, then please ensure you request it before your stay. An additional £25 fee is charged if any items are required.
