"Wonderful, spotlessly clean cottage that had everything we needed, in a great place to explore the stunning coastlines and landscapes.
Very friendly and helpful hosts, who had kindly provided a little hamper of essentials for our arrival. Would definitely recommend. "
"Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. Staff are all friendly and professional though you sometimes have to seek them out – hardly surprising as there are only six rooms so they can't have someone permanently on duty."
"Lovely compact room in the main building. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. One of the best cooked breakfasts we've had - excellent quality and nicely presented. Fantastic location on the high street in Narberth with on site parking. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back to stay another time. "
"The hotels about 5 minutes from folly farm and 15 minutes from Tenby. Room comes with everything you need - towels / hand soap / body wash / hair dryer / ironing board / kettle etc. breakfast was tasty as well with plenty of choice. Will definitely return "

Great experience in the hotel- so many options to choose from for breakfast, room was cleaned daily, charming breakfast basket bought to the room, staff were really nice and gave us advice about nearby options. "The Plas breakfast was one if not the best I have had anywhere, all freshly cooked. Also, plenty of choices to suit everyone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but one little criticism is that there was no handle to aid getting into the shower/bath. This was mentioned to the receptionist in the morning, she duly made a note of it and would pass it on to the maintenance person. Would recommend the Plas and would go back there. "
"Great spot in there heart of Tenby. Nice bar area overlooking the sea. Lots of stairs which is not good for mobile issues, however their is a lift. Lovely new and fresh rooms with all new amenities, comfortable bed and amazing shower."
"An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop.
Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions.
The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked.
The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite.
I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report.

"The reception staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. I left my phone charger at home and they lent me one for the weekend. The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant.
