Large Great Room for Entertaining, Huge Screened Porch and Exterior Decks, Fire Pit (Weekly Discount Rates Available)

Amazing newly remodeled single-story home has lots of windows, lake views and 200ā€™ of lake frontage. This open-concept 2,000 sq. ft. home that sleeps 8, provides a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 11ā€™ island/bar (with seating) that overlooks the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite foods, including a blender for your favorite slushy concoctions.

We have a Keurig coffee bar stocked with lots of mugs, sugar, Splenda, and Sweetā€™n Low. All need you need to bring is your favorite pods and the cream!

When you want to entertain inside, thereā€™s a large dining room table with plenty of seating for meals or to play provided board games. The living room has a 50" 4K flat screen TV connected to DishTV. Free WiFi service is available in the home, if you need to check in with the outside world.

After a day of fun on the lake, have a peaceful nightā€™s sleep in one of the three queen bedrooms with en suite baths and a one full bedroom. The master bedroom also has a 40" flat screen TV with DishTV. All bedrooms come with linens. Bathrooms have granite vanities, walk-in showers, hair dryers, towels (including make up towel) to refresh yourself after a day of playing on the lake.

Relax and take in the lake views in the huge 25ā€™ wide screened in porch with lots of seating or at one of the two exterior decks. Show off your grilling skills with the outdoor grill, grilling tools included. Large yard is perfect for lawn games. For outdoor evening fun, enjoy the large lakeside firepit for family Sā€™mores parties (just bring the fixinā€™s) or to just unwind while sipping cocktails.

Boating lovers look no further! Why waste your vacation time finding a place to launch your boat. On property boat launch ramp and two docks. Lots of space to tie up your boat and other water toys for easily lake living. Donā€™t feel like cooking? Boat up to one of Lake Greenwoodā€™s six restaurants on the lake. Plenty of parking for your car and boat trailer.

Come kick back and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake!

Please note: During the winter months the lake level is dropped for people to work on their docks and sea walls. Lake levels start dropping on November 1st and reaches its lowest level in January. Starting February 1st, the level is gradually brought back up and is at full pool by March 31st. During the low lake levels, you cannot launch your boat using the private launch. The Shrine Club Boat launch (1/2 mile from the house) is available to launch your boat. There is a donation box to give for usage.

The lake front property was outstanding. Beautiful, well appointed, comfortable home. Our family including 2 grandchildren loved the home. The owner/ host was gracious and so accommodating. We intend to rent again.

Superb property with all the amenities one could ask for. The property was well laid out with everything one needs to unwind for a while. We just needed a quick trip to the grocery store for food. The house has everything you need to cook hot dogs on the grill to a four course dinner. Everything in the house is clean and new. The host was extremely welcoming and I will be staying here again in the near future.

Wow! When we entered the front door we were all in awe. This place is so beautiful and amazing. Plenty of room for us all with all imaginable amenities, a Welcome Book with descriptions of all accessories we needed for our stay, just dynamic, so thoughtful of our host Lisa. This property overly exceeded our expectations. It was very nice that the home was so close to the water and the screen porch gave a beautiful view! This home is so spacious, and the 3 full bathrooms were a huge plus! The kitchen is very accommodating with everything you could need. In addition, the parking was great and we were so happy with a launch area for our boat and jet ski. We appreciate all this host did to provide a great experience to share with our children and grandchildren.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We knew the location was in a cove just off the main part of the lake, but were surprised to still see the views across the lake from the comfortable and spacious screen porch practically right on the water. Had an absolutely amazing time at this lake house - it was so well equipped for everything we needed. Itā€™s on a quiet part of the lake, so it was nice and peaceful, but also very close to bbq restaurants and boat hire companies. We had such a wonderful time here, sitting in the covered porch was the best way to start the day - we canā€™t wait to come back and visit again!

This house would be good enough with just the docks, boat ramp, and screened porch with a wide lake view, but it also happens to have a great layout for multiple family members to have some privacy, and itā€™s in a nice cove off of the main lake, and Break on the Lake. We are already booked for another family trip.

This was our third stay in three years and we plan to book again. Each time we stay the experience gets better. Itā€™s a clean, large, open house, on a beautiful, quiet part of the lake that is mere steps away. This stay my husband and brother went golfing right down the road and my sister in law and I explored shopping with our kids. Anytime weā€™ve ever had questions, the owner responds immediately! Looking forward to coming back next year.

We really loved our stay! Great spot right on the lake. We will stay again. One piece: 2 rooms share one bathroom, and you have to go through one room to reach the shared bathroom. Important to know depending on your group.
