"The first house we were supposed to stay in looked great however it had no internet. With one pre teen and a teenager this is very much a deal breaker. They offered us a similar house but not quite as big. All was good. Then we woke up on the first morning to find ants in the kitchen, they'd got into some of the food we bought. As compensation we were offered a 100 credit and a game of bowling.Most of the staff were great."

"The communication from the moment we booked was quick and efficient with a very detailed welcome pack. Lots of suggestions and tips for our stay.
When we entered the property we had a lovely breakfast basket supplied by the management.
Every room was well kept and decorated. Our little boy loved it as well as my parents who are pretty convinced they want to now retire here.
Fans were provided in each bedroom which were needed in the heatwave.
Parking was a bit sparse but alternative areas were...

"Heath Farm is a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cotswolds, approximately 6miles from Chipping-Norton. My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated.
Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage.
I would certainly recommend this family run...
