"O hotel possui ótimas instalações, como uma bela piscina e boa academia. Os quartos são bem equipados e espaçosos. O café da manhã é completo (culinária ocidental e asiática). Os pontos negativos foram o cheiro de mofo do quarto, por conta da alta umidade do local, e grande caminhada para chegar ao quarto (ficamos na torre 2 e não havia acesso direto). "

"This hotel is the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating to my needs going above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable during my stay. Staff also ensuring that I get into the right taxi and helping me with luggage in and out of car. My stay here was the highlight of my entire trip to Thailand I definitely will be coming back to this hotel. My only suggestion is that they add more railing to the rooms that are only accessed by stairs. "

"We loved this hotel. It’s more likely Villa/home style unit instead of hotel. They converted to hotel so the building doesn’t have a parking or elevator. We got very disappointed at the beginning because the hotel entrance was narrow and didn’t have an elevator, parking lot and so on. They didn’t even let you in 30mins early neither. But No worries!!! As soon as we enter the room, we are in love with this room. We didn’t care anything else. Because the room was super clean. Internet was fast....
