The apartment offers ideal conditions for a "workation" and includes high-speed internet (60 Mbps) as well as a separate workspace equipped with a desk, office chair, monitor, and keyboard for your home office. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom, as it is furnished with a fold-out bed (80 x 185 cm). The spacious bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating features a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet is located next door.

Blackout curtains in the bedroom ensure a restful and peaceful night's sleep. The white kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and ample crockery.
