"Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple...

"This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on...

"Clean. Good area to walk dogs. Staff was helpful. Safe area. Needs vending machines for drinks and snacks but it's located beside a 24/7 convenience store."

"I made my reservation in advance, know I would be passing through on my way home. When we arrived at the property the parking was decently lit and clean. The staff that greeted me was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She even gave me a treat for my dog. We rode the elevator to the 3rd floor and found our room decently clean. "Room was poor. The bathroom was not very clean. All furniture was old and scratch and dented. Breakfast was extremely poor. There was no water in the breakfast room. No was on attendnce"

"Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy."

"Bathtub does not have handle. Also suite had a couch and has not been cleaned for moths. Some one must have spilled food and liquid stain is visible. Did not sit on the couch though. Otherwise all good."
