With comfy furniture thought out, tastefully decorated, and TVs in several rooms, everyone will find a place to cozy up and relax after a long day exploring Southern Utah or splashing in the pool. You are also welcome to utilize the community pool and hot tub or venture out to the many trails located right near this neighborhood.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community!
