For your entertainment, every bedroom and the living room is equipped with an Amazon Fire Smart TV, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies during your stay.

Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the added convenience of a high chair to make mealtime more comfortable.

The entire home is private for guest use, offering you plenty of space to relax and unwind. Please note that the backyard and parking area are shared between both units.

Step outside and enjoy the fully fenced shared backyard, featuring a gas fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and a comfortable seating area with outdoor furniture — perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends.

Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and your fellow guest. A violation of House rules will result in eviction without a refund and include applicable fees associated

No Smoking: No smoking inside/outside the property to keep it fresh and clean. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including marijuana, cigarettes, and vaping. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.

Pets allowed for a $150 fee.

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood — excessive noise or traffic will result in reports to local authorities. No amplified music at any time. Please maintain quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. Quiet rules are strict.

Fireplace Use – Fireplaces are ornamental only and not for use.

Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 25 years or older at the time of booking.

Please note that unauthorized Early check in/late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.

Place all household trash in bags and dispose in the outdoor trash can.

Unauthorized guests/pets:
$100 per unauthorized guest
$250 per unauthorized pet

Guests are expected to wash dishes, collect excess trash (dispose of in outdoor bins), hang wet towels, and return furniture to its original location.
