For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
Towels: Please note that we do not provide bath towels, so be sure to bring your own.
Climate Control: Our centralized HVAC system operates in compliance with municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is available from October 15th to May 1st, and air conditioning operates from May 15th to October 1st. During transitional periods, HVAC settings are managed by the building association based on outside temperatures.
Parking Information: While parking is available on-site, we are not liable for any lost or stolen items, towing, or vehicle damage. To ensure your vehicle's safety, please park in designated spaces and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Kindly avoid handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
