Stellar Stay Near Metro + Parking

Summary:
Come stay at our modern and comfortable apartment in beautiful DC! Located right off the green line, this one bedroom home equipped with a sofa bed is the perfect spot for couples and friends/family travelers alike! Equipped with all the essentials you would need for an incredible trip, and conveniently located by many restaurants and coffee shops.

The Space:
This property comes with all you need for a great stay. Enjoy a delicious home cooked meal or coffee in our full sized kitchen equipped with new appliances. We can comfortably sleep 4 guests with the following configuration:

-Queen Bed in Main Bedroom
-Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room

The living room and bedroom both have smart tvs so you will not miss an episode of your favorite show. The unit has one full sized bathroom equipped with towels, soaps and all travel essentials.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire private unit. There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life.

The Neighborhood:
Petworth is filled with great bars and restaurants, historic homes, a farmer's market that runs from April to November, excellent public transportation options and enjoyable to walk. Bloomingdale is home to a DC Neighborhood Heritage Trail, which includes two stops on Randolph Place (our block).

Interaction with Guests:
The house is a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Capitol and National Mall. It is situated among great public transportation lines - a 5 minute walk to the Green line (Petworth/Georgia Ave) Station; two bike rental locations within blocks; several bus options; close to I-375 with easy access to Virginia; close to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway with easy access to Maryland. Street parking is almost always available on the block, and if not, never more than 1-2 blocks away.
