To ensure your stay is as comfortable and smooth as possible, we’d like to provide you with some important details about the amenities and policies at our property:
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
• Basic Products Provided: We provide essential personal care and cooking products for the first few nights of your stay, so you can settle in with ease and comfort.
• Pool Access: Our beautiful pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day (May to September), offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Please note, the pool is exclusive to registered guests. Each reservation includes two registered guests. If you plan to bring additional guests, there is a small extra charge for each.
• Towels: While we do not provide bath towels, we recommend bringing your own or purchasing them locally for your convenience.
• HVAC System: To ensure an eco-friendly environment, our centralized HVAC system operates based on municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning operates from May 15 to October 1. During transition periods, HVAC settings are adjusted by the building association based on the outdoor temperature.
• Parking: We want to ensure your vehicle is safe during your stay, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park only in the designated spaces and display your parking permit clearly on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed, and please note that handicapped spaces are reserved for those with valid permits only.
• Liability: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, nor for any damage to your vehicle while parked on the property. Please take extra care of your belongings and vehicle during your stay.
• Security Screening: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you complete a brief screening process upon check-in.
