From the moment you walk into this beautiful home, you will realize this home really does have it all! You will be greeted with a family room, dining area and kitchen in one large open space with lots of natural light. The family room has plenty of seating for large groups to gather and a large flat screen TV. The expansive kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group including a large pantry, new appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The oversized dining table can seat 10 with an additional 4 bar seats at the counter. There is a BBQ grill off the dining room on the patio as well as a large outdoor dining table to enjoy cooking out in style. Workout equipment provided in the garage includes bench, plates, and dumbbells. EV Charger also available for your use - Bring your own charging cord. Main level master en-suite with a king bed, large flat screen TV, connecting master bathroom with double vanity with makeup seat, walk-in shower and large closet. Take advantage of our full size laundry room with washer and dryer for your use just off the double car garage. An additional bathroom on the main level is a bonus with larger groups.


Upstairs you will enjoy another gathering area with comfortable seating including a sofa sleeper, foosball table and another large flatscreen TV. There is a door from the living room that has an amazing deck!!! Plenty of comfortable furniture to enjoy the incredible views and a *private* hot tub! This spacious area with stunning views will sure be a prime hangout spot for relaxing and conversation. Three additional bedrooms and three additional bathrooms upstairs. Two Master en-suites both featuring king beds, flatscreen TVs, walk in closets and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds for the kids to enjoy and another full bathroom across the hall. There is a front balcony as well with table and seating is a perfect spot to sneak away for a little quiet time. This floor plan is spot on and the attention to detail makes this home truly poolside perfection!

* Home is dog friendly and we do not charge a pet fee for one small dog. If you have more than 1 dog or if your dog is larger than 17 pounds - please inquire. Guests have access to the entire home including the private hot tub, oversized deck, patio, balcony, garage and EV charger with the exception of one linen closet.

Guests will also have full access to the community amenities including pool.
